Jim Boswell is a finance executive with deep experience leading transformation in private-equity-backed, multi-unit, and franchise organizations. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of FullSpeed Automotive, a ~$550M system with more than 900 locations, where he rebuilt the finance organization, shortened the close to five days, expanded margins, strengthened liquidity discipline, and led the company’s data and AI modernization strategy.

Previously, Jim served as CFO of Streamline Brands, where he helped double revenue and modernized reporting, systems, and FP&A. Earlier roles include senior finance leadership positions in high-growth franchise systems.

Jim holds an MBA from the University of Florida and received the Denver 2025 FuturistCFO Award for AI-enabled financial transformation.
