Keegan Evans
Keegan Evans is the CEO of Euda, an executive coaching and AI transformation firm that helps organizations navigate one of the hardest problems in AI adoption: the people and culture around it.
He began his career as a Marine Corps helicopter pilot, flying casualty evacuations across three combat deployments to Iraq, then earned an M.S. in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and moved into tech, building products at TiVo and Ridecell before leading
organizational transformation at Intuit.
Since founding Euda in 2018, he’s coached executives at startups in deep tech, enterprise leaders, and everything in between through the challenges of growth and scaling, and has increasingly turned that same lens toward AI: helping leadership teams build the trust,
judgment, and decision-making structures that determine whether AI adoption actually changes how a company works, rather than just adding another tool nobody uses.
He draws on Marine Corps leadership frameworks, aviation’s Crew Resource Management, and organizational tools like GRPI and the Leadership Circle Profile to diagnose where teams break down under pressure. He currently hosts the Bet on People podcast, where he talks with founders and leaders about why human-centered leadership isn’t just good feelings, it’s good business.
