Mark Smolenski is a strategic financial executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors. As CFO of Air Methods, he provides critical financial leadership and strategic guidance for the $1.5 billion air medical services leader operating 440 aircraft across 48 states.

In his previous role at Medcor Mark played a key role in increasing revenues by 51% while managing multiple operational divisions and serving on the Medcor Canada board. At Rabine Group, his executive leadership was central to a comprehensive restructuring and positioning the company to more than double its EBITDA.

Mark excels as a decisive leader who enhances executive decision-making through financial expertise and strategic insight. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
