Shannon Nash, JD, CPA
Shannon Nash is a seasoned global leader, financial expert, attorney, and CPA, known for transforming businesses by aligning financial strategy with operational excellence and cross-functional leadership. She currently serves as an independent board director for NetScout Systems, SoFi Bank (Compensation Committee Chair), and Lazy Dog Restaurants (Audit Chair), where she chairs key committees, bringing decades of experience in finance, governance, and scaling companies for sustainable growth.
Shannon’s leadership track includes her role as CFO of Wing (an Alphabet company), where she helped drive the autonomous drone delivery business, overseeing global operations, finance, partnerships, and strategy. Previously, she held CFO roles at Reputation.com and Inside Source, where she led major financial transformations and strategic growth initiatives, including preparing companies for IPO readiness.
As the Executive Producer of the award-winning documentary OnBoard: The Film, Shannon has contributed significantly to amplifying the movement for increasing the representation of Black women on corporate boards. The film has sparked critical conversations about diversity and inclusion in board leadership and was featured at the Tribeca Film Festival.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned a BS in Accounting and a JD from the law school, Shannon now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. When she’s not driving change in boardrooms, Shannon enjoys producing films and is a group fitness enthusiast, certified as both a Zumba and U-Jam Fitness instructor, blending her passion for health and wellness with her commitment to leadership and lifestyle spaces.
